Quality Assurance

We are well known for manufacturing a superlative range of Chains and Spares for Chains, etc. We also make use of superior quality material to make genuine quality Roller Chain, Precision Roller Chains, Heavy Duty Elevator Chains, Bucket Elevator Link Chain, etc. These are as per IS:2062 grade. There are marketed in the Indian, Asian and Middle East markets. Moreover, our team of quality analysts keeps a vigil eye on all the stages, starting from the procuring of raw material till the final dispatch of consignments. Our quality checking process is in accordance of BHN / HRC standards. Also, we comprehend that premium quality chains and spares are the only way to achieve client satisfaction. Hence, we conduct various tests like Material Test, Hardness Test, Breaking Load Test and others.

Infrastructural Setup

We are endowed with a sturdy infrastructural set up which comprises advanced facilities for manufacturing, designing, quality testing, packaging and others. Our Works and Head Office are located at Raipur. 8000 Sq Mtr. is covered for works and 700 Sq. Mtr area is reserved for our office building. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with sophisticated machinery that enables us to execute different production activities with acute precision. Lathe Machines, CAD/CAM Software, Milling Machines, CNC/VMC Machines, and Bending Machine are few of the machinery installed in our infrastructure. Along with these, we also have avant-garde Induction bending and induction hardening machine. Moreover, we have an in house Automatic Heat Treatment Plant wherein we have all types of carburising, volume hardening and others to design our range with the finest quality. Hence, we are offering precision roller chains and other chains with high level of accuracy.
